1/2 large avocado
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cumin
1 pressed garlic clove
1/4 cup buttermilk

Ingredients
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup plain nonfat yoghurt
1* package of "HAINES" buttermilk dressing mix or 1 package
"MAYACAMAS" creamy buttermilk and herb salad dressing mix
OR
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. basil powder
1/4 tsp. citric acid or ascorbic acid (vitamin C)
1 tsp. dehydrated red & green bell peppers
1/4 tsp. oregano powder
1/4 tsp. marjoram powder
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1. Mix all ingredients together and stir thoroughly until smooth.
2. Age in refrigerator for 2 hours minimum. Will stay fresh 2-3 weeks.

1 tbsp. lemon juice

1/4 cup buttermilk or unsweetened orange juice

1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. crushed rosemary
1/4 tsp. crushed dill weed
1/4 tsp. crushed thyme
